Just watched the Giants man-handle the Rockies again, this time 12-0 on an Anthony DeSclafani complete game shutout. Just tucked in the misses to bed, waiting for midnight to hit this week’s Falcon & Winter Soldier. Really intrigued so far, like the trade-off of less episodes for longer individual runtimes, not to say the more drawn-out approach didn’t help WandaVision’s suspense levels, but this format I’m in on for sure. The Lakers quest to repeat as NBA Champions has officially hit its first official road block. And this one’s a real doozy. Anthony Davis had previously missed a few games with a sore right Achilles tendon, and shortly after returning to action, re-aggravated it in Sunday night’s loss to Denver. An article from Browns news outlet Dawg Pound Daily gained major traction the other day after it posted an article whose author urged Cleveland to strongly consider buying a lotto ticket into the Deshaun Watson sweepstakes for a potential trade. It appears the defending champs have tackled another trek through unusual waters as good as they did the first time in the Orlando bubble. The Los Angeles Lakers are standing tall at 11-4, tied with their roommates, the LA Clippers, for the best record in the NBA. Not Just Yet: Browns Cinderella Season Ends in KC

Well, it was fun while it lasted. The Browns stormed into Arrowhead Stadium, high off their major upset of division rival Pittsburg. This mountain top seemed even more insurmountable than the last, with the defending champion Chiefs looking to show that there would be no rust on their seemingly unstoppable offensive attack, and swift Browns exit was imminent. And for a half, despite a sore big toe, Patrick Mahomes and company would be doing just that.
